Because of the nature of the product, we do not keep a large inventory on hand.  Instead, we have "bake days" during the month and ship directly after that date. Wholesale shipments are normally baked on the last week of the month, shipping on the following Monday.

When you make your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an estimated shipping date. If you have more immediate needs, please feel free to place your order by phone and discuss them with us. We will make every effort to meet your request.

We attempt to carefully pack and ship your cookies and treats, but cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. Cookies and treats are rather fragile and sometimes break or crumble slightly during shipment. Please let us know if you have problems, and we will attempt to address it, at the very least by adjusting our shipping procedures.
